Settling in
Well, since its been 10 days since I left the South island, here is an update on the move. We are now in the new Schloss dandruff. its smaller than the old model, but has a bit more character (and a less anal landlord so we can actually hang pictures up on the walls). Of more interest to the regular readers of the blog is the new room where everything will live. Its far larger than the old room, so the wargaming/workbench stuff will fit down one side, and the layout should fit on the other side.

Hmmm. Interesting how after 10 days, it has that typical 'hobby room clutter' already. Everyone save this pic as a reminder to match the layout construction process, as things move faster in the North!
tell me more about obtaining blue construction foam. tried to get some last year in tauranga from a couple of places, with no success!i guess i can always resort back to white stuff, but its so messy to work with.
are we going to find out where you are now located,or will there be a quiz?? hope i can use google earth!
would be interesting announcing to friends that Herr Druff has arrived in the area. (a new type of flu!)
I belive herr Druff is in the Manawatu. ( Palmerston North, from what I heard on the wire)
