Unfortunately its not the correct set up for either Greymouth or Westport and I could not fit in a mobile coaling crane. Do I have to build another wharf then?
You are suggesting that you need to. If another wharf would require too much modelling, why not a generic "could be anywhere" wharf? Or, if the module is not much wider than the wharf plus water, would a crane alone be enough to indicate that the portion of the wharf represented in the module is Westport?
Then a crane to load Q hoppers?
