A problem for automated running is that the wagons were all placed manually with the assistance of gravity, so I can't use a shunter to place them. This means putting loads in by hand, and moving them to the top and bottom of the incline by hand. Too much hands on in my view. <br />Plan B is to just have two Q's going up and down continually without ever taking them off the rope.
